Standard vs Premium Account — What Changes and How to Qualify
Every account starts as Standard. Long-term customers with a consistent payment record are upgraded to Premium, which unlocks instant self-service payments. Here is exactly what differs, and how to get there.
The difference
| Standard | Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| Paying an invoice | Our team sends you a secure payment link when you ask | A Pay Now button on every invoice — pay instantly, any time, no waiting for us |
| Wallet top-ups | Supported | Supported |
| Automatic renewals from wallet credit | Yes | Yes |
| Deposit bonuses | Yes | Yes |
| Support | Same team, same priority | Same team, same priority |
Premium is not a paid plan and costs nothing. It changes one thing: you stop needing us in the loop to take a payment.
Why we work this way
Card payments carry fraud and chargeback risk, and a new account we have never transacted with is where almost all of that risk sits. Rather than put every customer through extra verification, we keep self-serve card checkout for accounts with a proven history — and handle new accounts personally with a payment link. It keeps prices low for everyone and keeps fraud out of the platform.
How to qualify for Premium
There is no application. We review accounts and upgrade when the picture is clear:
- A history of successfully completed payments with us
- No chargebacks or disputed payments
- No unresolved abuse or billing issues on the account
Upgrades are granted at our discretion, and long-standing customers are typically upgraded automatically. If you have been with us a while and still see payment links only, open a ticket and ask us to review your account — that is entirely reasonable and we will look at it.
Can Premium be removed?
Yes, in one situation: if a payment is charged back or disputed, the account returns to Standard automatically. Paying invoices late does not affect your tier.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know which tier I am on? A: Open an invoice. If you see a Pay Now button, you are Premium. If not, request a payment link from support and we will also review your account for an upgrade.
Q: Does Premium give me a discount? A: No. Pricing, renewal terms and deposit bonuses are identical. Premium only affects how you pay.
Q: I was Premium and now I am not. A: That happens after a chargeback or disputed payment. Open a ticket and we will explain what was flagged and what it takes to restore it.
