Auto-Payment from Wallet
When a renewal invoice is generated (7 days before your license expires), the system automatically applies your wallet balance to pay it.
This is by design — here is what happens:
- 7 days before expiry — invoice is created
- If your wallet has enough balance — invoice is paid instantly, license renewed, you receive an email confirmation
- If your wallet has partial balance — the available amount is applied, remaining balance is due separately
- If your wallet is empty — invoice stays unpaid, you can pay manually before the deadline
Want to cancel a service? You have the full 7-day window before the invoice is due. Cancel your license from the dashboard before the wallet auto-applies, and the invoice will be voided. If you need help, contact support — we respond quickly.
